Architectural Works

Description
Organized here for purposes of display by name of principal designer as indicated in original Taliesin Architects records. This includes one project designed by Frank Lloyd Wright whose drawings were photographed when found associated with a subsequent Taliesin Architects project (House for Gibbons Gray Cornwell, scheme 2 (1952); Frank Lloyd Wright Project Number 5214).

For instances where the lead project designer is not known, projects are listed either under architect of record (often William Wesley Peters), or generally as Taliesin Associated Architects. The range of dates given for each series is inclusive of projects represented, not length of participation in Taliesin Architects or the Taliesin Fellowship. Information is also provided from a transfer inventory received from the Frank Lloyd Wright Foundation that offers a drawing count; this may not reflect losses to the collection prior to receipt of the materials by OA+D Archives, but can indicate the extent to which documentation for a project may exist.

To provide as complete a reference resource as possible, all known Taliesin Architects projects are listed even if materials for a design may be absent from OA+D Archives holdings. Project entries have been linked to materials in external repositories when available.
